
The RECOVERY Method™ is a 3-step coaching framework to help you and your partner: Heal and rebuild your connection after conflict, address underlying, internal traumas that are causing you and/or your partner to lash out or not feel connected to you, and enhance intimacy through improved communication and understanding one another on a deeper emotional level.
There are three options to get the help you need: (1) the self-paced course only, (2) the course plus one month of group coaching, and (3) the course plus one month of group coaching and one month of individual coaching as well.
